LAAR Broker Membership Application

To apply for REALTOR® membership, please complete and submit the membership application. As a broker, your firm will automatically become a member of our association.

There are two types of REALTOR® memberships at Lakeway Area Association of REALTORS®, Primary and Secondary membership. To obtain secondary membership, you must have an active primary membership with another Association.

Once your application has been reviewed, you will be contacted for payment for the appropriate dues. Once payment is received your application will be processed. We also must have the broker signature page signed and returned to us as well. Please email that to info@laar.realtor.

After your application is processed, as a Primary REALTOR® member you are required to take the New Member Orientation and Code of Ethics training within 90 days of joining the Lakeway Area Association of REALTORS®.

You may take the NAR Required Code of Ethics online by clickinghere. You will automatically be scheduled for the in-person New Member Orientation and online Flex training, but you can opt out of the in-person New Member Orientation training and take the online training by clicking here. If you take the online New Member Orientation, you must submit your certificate of completion to info@laar.realtor.

*You must choose either primary or secondary membership. You will also need to choose MLS Member in order to gain access to the MLS. You must also check the type of REALTOR® that coordinates with your type of membership (primary or secondary). If you would like a Supra eKey, which opens lockboxes then make sure you select the eKey box also.
