LAAR Broker MLS Subscriber

Instructions

To apply for MLS Subscription, please complete and submit the MLS application in its entirety. As the broker, your firm will automatically become a member of our association.

In order for your application to be processed, you must complete the Broker Signature page and email it to info@laar.realtor.

As an MLS Subscriber you will have viewing and listing privileges to the Lakeway Area Association of REALTORS® MLS service.

Once your application has been reviewed, you will be contacted for payment for the appropriate dues. Once payment is received your application will be processed.

After your application is processed, as an MLS Subscriber, you are required to take the online Flex Training within 30 days. If you belong to an association that is already using Flex, you may sign the training waiver and email it to info@laar.realtor.

You must select both MLS Subscriber and MLS Subscriber Office.
