LAAR MLS Subscriber Application

Instructions

Your broker must be a member or MLS Subscriber before you can subscribe to the Lakeway Area Association of REALTORS® MLS.

As an MLS Subscriber you will have viewing and listing privileges in the Lakeway Area Association of REALTORS® MLS.

Once your application has been reviewed, you will be contacted for payment for the appropriate dues. Your broker must sign the broker signature form in order for your application to be processed. Please email the completed form to info@laar.realtor. Payment must be received as well.

After your application is processed, as an MLS Subscriber, you are required to take the online Flex Training within 30 days. If you belong to an association that is already using Flex, you may sign the training waiver and submit it to info@laar.realtor.
